Hay una serie de caracter\u00edsticas que un texto debe cumplir para considerarse as\u00ed. A continuaci\u00f3n, te las enumerar\u00e9, adem\u00e1s de darte unos consejos sobre c\u00f3mo escribirlos en ingl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u00e9 es un <em>report<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Lo primero que debes saber es qu\u00e9 es un informe \u00a1Ojo! un report o informe no es un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vlec.es\/como-escribir-un-articulo-en-ingles\/\">texto cualquiera<\/a>. Es un escrito en el que se recoge una serie de informaci\u00f3n acerca de un proyecto, se resumen los datos obtenidos en una investigaci\u00f3n o se trata de mostrar el estado actual de una situaci\u00f3n concreta. Puede ser desde un informe sobre la pobreza energ\u00e9tica, un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/leveson-inquiry-report-into-the-culture-practices-and-ethics-of-the-press\">informe<\/a> sobre la (falta de) \u00e9tica en ciertos peri\u00f3dicos o sobre el uso de las salas comunes en tu empresa.<\/p>\n<h2>Qui\u00e9n lee un <em>report<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Se trata de un documento institucional, que va a leer alguien que te lo ha encargado. Es decir, quien lo lee, generalmente, tiene poder sobre ti: est\u00e1 m\u00e1s alto que t\u00fa en la jerarqu\u00eda. Adem\u00e1s, no se trata de un tipo de texto que la gente lea por gusto; se trata de un documento de trabajo. Por ello, deber\u00e1s utilizar siempre un registro formal.<\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u00e9 caracter\u00edsticas tiene un <em>report<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s del registro formal, es recomendable que utilices un estilo sencillo y directo. Quien sea que lo lea debe poder encontrar la informaci\u00f3n que te ha pedido de forma sencilla; si est\u00e1 escondida en frases rebuscadas y de dif\u00edcil comprensi\u00f3n le est\u00e1s complicando la vida. Adem\u00e1s, debe de estar muy bien organizado para que la gente consiga encontrar la informaci\u00f3n relevante. Finalmente, recuerda que el <em>report<\/em> es (o pretende ser) un texto imparcial. Presenta tus datos sin meterte demasiado donde no te llaman.<\/p>\n<p>Para ello:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Utiliza <strong>t\u00edtulo<\/strong> y <strong>subt\u00edtulos<\/strong>. Facilitar\u00e1 al lector encontrar la informaci\u00f3n que necesita y a ti a organizarla de forma m\u00e1s eficiente.<\/li>\n<li>Usa <strong>vi\u00f1etas<\/strong> (los puntitos al principio de cada \u00edtem de esta lista). De este modo ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s sencillo entender de un vistazo cu\u00e1les son tus principales puntos.<\/li>\n<li>Evita el uso de la <strong>primera persona<\/strong>. Recuerda que es un texto que pretende ser imparcial; presenta los datos de la forma m\u00e1s distante posible. En algunos casos, deber\u00e1s realizar una recomendaci\u00f3n final en la que tendr\u00e1s que utilizar la primera persona; para todo lo dem\u00e1s, <strong>usa la voz pasiva<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Mant\u00e9n un <strong>registro formal<\/strong>. Recuerda que est\u00e1s en un ambiente de trabajo, no de colegueo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Los ex\u00e1menes de Cambridge y los <em>reports<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>El <em>report<\/em> es tambi\u00e9n una de las tareas de producci\u00f3n escrita de los ex\u00e1menes de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vlec.es\/examenes-ingles-general\/b2-first\/\"><strong>First<\/strong><\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vlec.es\/examenes-ingles-general\/c1-advanced\/\"><strong>Advanced<\/strong><\/a>. Si te vas a presentar a uno de estos ex\u00e1menes, es importante que te prepares para escribir este tipo de texto.<\/p>\n<p>En este caso, deber\u00e1s tambi\u00e9n prestar mucha atenci\u00f3n a la tarea. All\u00ed se detalla claramente qui\u00e9n va a leer tu informe y por qu\u00e9. Asimismo, recibir\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre qui\u00e9n \u00aberes\u00bb en esta tarea. Estos es muy importante ya que va a condicionar considerablemente tu texto.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, presta especial atenci\u00f3n a la <strong>informaci\u00f3n que debes incluir<\/strong> en tu <em>report<\/em>. Por un lado, deber\u00e1s inventarte algunos puntos del informe; por otro lado, hay varios aspectos que la tarea exige.
